Excessive noise, etc complaint

This letter is to document you continuous harassment, behavior and continuous deliberate action against me.
You need to stop being abusive and disrespectful to me especially, last Thursday, September 15. [Our housemate] who seem to have a bad temper and bad mouth, and in disregard of the Court Order came out of the 3rd floor apt and yelled at me who renter my apt to her to live, as I was going out.
You need to stop letting the draft in when ever they monitor my footsteps in the bathroom.
It is a violation of your lease to leave the doors unlock at night. Other people have complained about it.
If any thing happens as a result of your actions, I let you know now that the responsibility will be on you. People live downstairs and be considerate that they have children and you are exposing them to cold and danger more. You think you are doing it to provoke me. In Jesus Name, I refuse to be provoked. You bank walls, doors all the time hoping to push me to react but thank God, I have the mind of Christ. I refuse to yield to your anger.
I SERVE YOU NOTICE THAT IF YOU DO NOT STOP USING THE DOOR IN THE BACK PORCH AS A WEAPON AGAINST ME, YOU WILL LOOSE THE PRIVILEGE OF USING IT. I LET YOU USE IT IF YOU DO NOT ABUSE IT. PLEASE NOTE. ALSO IF YOU DO NOT STOP LEAVING PIECES OF PAPER ETC AROUND THE HOUSE, I WILL TAKE AWAY THE PRIVILEGE OF LEAVING THE DIRTY DIAPERS IN THE FRONT PORCH. I WILL NOT PUT UP ANY LONGER WITH YOUR SEEMING WICKEDNESS FOR NO REASON. You pretend like you own the house. You are renters and your lease and contract outlines your limit. If you are not happy being here you know what to do. PLEASE STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MY KINDNESS TO YOU. You have tried every wicked way to try to run me out of my God given house and have not succeeded and WILL NEVER SUCCEED IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS. ALL YOUR EVIL PLANS AGAINST WILL AMOUNT TO NOTHING, in JESUS MIGHTY NAME. AMEN ALL THE CHEMICALS YOU ARE RELEASING TO HARM ME WILL NEVER AMOUNT TO ANYTHING. IN JESUS NAME. I RETURN IT TO SENDER IN THE SPIRIT REALM IN JESUS NAME.

• There is a court order, but it only affects my wife and the landlord (they can't interact), not our housemate.
• We're not leaving the doors unlocked at night.
• It would be illegal for her to prohibit us use of the rear door, as fire code requires two exits.
• We believe she is the one leaving bits of paper and other trash around the stairwell.
• Our housemates are leaving dirty diapers on the front porch, out for their diaper service, but she has okayed this.
