Bean Sprouts
- Soak 1 part dry beans in 4 parts water overnight.
- Drain, cover with netting/cheesecloth.
- Repeat often:
- Rinse
- Drain
- Let sit in warm place
- After 3-5 days, should be done. Sprouts end up 1-2 inches.
- Keep finished sprouts refrigerated
- One cup dry beans makes 4 cups sprouts.
