Peanut Noodles
In a blender combine:
- 2C water
- 1C peanut butter
- 1/2C soy sauce
- 3/4C rice vinegar (apple cider vinegar is also ok)
- 1/2C brown sugar (packed)
- 3/4C peanut oil
- 2T chili garlic sauce
- 1T sesame oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 4 inches ginger
- 3T sesame seeds
- 1T MSG (or an additional 1/4C soy sauce)
Mix until smooth. Pour over 2-3lbs pasta. Chill at least 2hr. Toss before serving.
Serve cold with sesame seeds and scallions on top.
