Ham and Beans

Cut the ham into 3/8" slices and brown them. Cut into 3/8" cubes. (Browning cubes would be better but is more work.) Sautee onions until clear and browning. Put ham and onions in pressure cooker. Add dry beans. Add enough water that there's 2-3" above the ingredients, or to the max fill line. Cook for 45min at high pressure, counting from when it comes up to temp. Ok not to do a natural release, since it's all within liquid, but be careful.

Good with rice.
