Lactovegetarian Version
- 1T flax
- 2.5T water
- 1/2C milk
- 1/2C flour
Standard Version
- 1 cup flour
- a pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Eggy Version
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
Preparation
Mix, should be very liquidy. A flat surface that gets hot, where
you can easily slide a spatula under is ideal. A small frying pan
filled with a thin layer of batter is ok. Turn over after a while.
Fill with all sorts of yummy.
