Chocolate Buttercream
- 5oz bittersweet chocolate
- 2 tbs water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup eggs (2 or 3 large eggs)
- 1 cup butter (not hot)
Melt chocolate in microwave. In a double boiler, whisk sugar and eggs until
very thick and whisk marks hold firm. Remove from heat, fold chocolate into
egg and sugar mixture. Beat the butter in slowly in pieces until it is smooth
