Biscuits on Sauce
Vegan Version
Blend until smooth:
- 2 cans chickpeas (29oz)
- 2 cups unsweetened soy milk
- one onion (chopped, fried)
- some galic (minced, fried)
- 1/4C oil
Add ~1C sun-dried tomatoes (chopped), and put in deep frying pan or
dutch oven (~10"). Heat up on stove until near boiling.
Pre-heat oven to 425. Mix two recipes worth baking powder biscuits (water instead of milk) and put on top of
the sauce. Bake for ~15min or until the top is getting browned.
