Bagels
- 8 cups flour
- 1 tbs salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbs yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 quarts boiling water
- 2 tbs sugar
Mix up dough, knead. Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Make bagel shapes, drop
into boiling water and then bake 10-15 minutes on an oiled cookie sheet.
