Aquafaba Cream
In a stand mixer, beat the liquid from a can of chickpeas until it
starts to get foamy. Add 1/4t cream of tartar or other dry acid and
beat on high for 5min. To taste, slowly add powdered sugar. Beat for
another 5min. Add 2T oil and beat on low for a few seconds to
distribute the oil (any longer and you'll lose the fluff).
This is the closest I've gottent to something that works, but it still
doesn't work very well and mostly loses all its foam when I add the
sugar.
